Most building materials, construction supplies, and masonry tools are in stock and can ship the same day if ordered by 12:00 PM (noon) Monday through Friday. Specialty items require a special order and will be included in our next available shipment, typically within 10 business days. Once received, these orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Transit times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen (our preferred and cost-effective option is UPS Ground, which takes 3-5 business days).
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional taxes and duties as per Canadian regulations.
Next Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time.
Next Day Air Saver: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time; note that Saturday delivery is not available.
Free delivery within the Chicagoland area is provided via our own trucks, combined with other deliveries for efficiency. This may add up to 2 weeks to ensure a truck is scheduled in your area.
Products shipped via pallet freight are delivered to residential addresses with liftgate service for easy unloading at your curb. Note that inside delivery is not available. The carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Custom-ordered products, such as specialized construction supplies, require 3-5 business days for production. Once completed, they are shipped immediately, with transit times depending on the selected freight service (UPS Ground, our economical choice, takes 3-5 business days).
Custom construction kits are made to your specifications and may take up to 3 weeks to produce. Once ready, they are shipped immediately on pallets suitable for residential delivery, with liftgate service available as needed. Transit times vary by location.
Vinyl windows are custom-made to your specifications, requiring approximately 2 weeks for manufacturing. They are shipped immediately upon completion, with transit times varying based on the chosen freight service (UPS Ground takes 3-5 business days).
