Our Online Return Policy
Super Supply Store will gladly process a partial refund for undamaged products returned within 7 days of delivery, with return shipping and original shipping costs borne by the customer. Due to our extensive inventory and continuous production, all returns of building materials, construction supplies, and masonry tools incur a 20% restocking fee. If your order has not yet shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover credit card processing costs. For orders canceled after shipment, Super Supply Store reserves the right to deduct both outbound and return shipping costs from your refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Products
Occasionally, damage may occur during transit. In such rare cases, please photograph the damaged package and email the images to [email protected]. Then, contact Super Supply Store to initiate a claim and arrange for a replacement product. Claims for damaged products must be reported to Super Supply Store within 7 days of delivery receipt. If reported after this period, Super Supply Store may be unable to file a claim with the shipping company, potentially preventing product replacement.
Super Supply Store may occasionally approve special return requests at its discretion. To request a return, email [email protected]. If authorized, the entity returning the product is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt at our warehouse, the product will be inspected, and a refund will be issued, less a 20% restocking fee on the product cost. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
