We have no minimum order at Super Supply Store.  Order what you need.

In stock orders typically ship in 1-2 business days from time of order to ship.

Upon purchase, you’ll receive an order number. Enter this number on our website to access the UPS tracking page for real-time updates on your shipment’s status.

Products shipped via pallet freight to residential addresses include liftgate service for easy curbside unloading. Inside delivery is not available. The carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Super Supply Store offers Standard (3-5 business days transit), Expedited (2 business days transit), Express (1 business day transit), Home Delivery (5-10 business days transit), and LTL Curbside (2-6 business days transit), plus product-specific processing times. You can select your preferred method at checkout for most products. Free shipping, when offered, applies only to Standard Shipping and may not be available for all items. Next Day Shipping and Next Day Air Saver are available for orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time, but Saturday delivery is not offered.

Most in-stock building materials, construction supplies, and masonry tools ordered by 12:00 PM (noon) Monday through Friday ship the same day, with UPS Ground transit taking 3-5 business days. Specialty items require up to 10 business days for special order processing, then ship within 24 hours. Custom products, like construction kits (up to 3 weeks), vinyl windows (approximately 2 weeks), or custom building products (3-5 business days), have additional production times, followed by transit times based on the chosen shipping method (e.g., UPS Ground: 3-5 business days).

For special return requests, email [email protected]. If approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse, a refund will be issued, less a 20% restocking fee on the product cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it with a 5% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing costs. For orders canceled after shipment, Super Supply Store reserves the right to deduct both outbound and return shipping costs from your refund, in addition to a 20% restocking fee on the product cost.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damaged package and email the images to [email protected]. Then, contact Super Supply Store within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim and arrange for a replacement product. Failure to report damage within this period may prevent us from filing a claim with the shipping company, potentially affecting product replacement.

Super Supply Store accepts returns of undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs, which are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns of building materials, construction supplies, and masonry tools. Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
